This page provides general information about data use by the POSYOU website and Windows application. It does not replace notices specific to the service used. Visiting this page or using the application does not, by itself, constitute explicit consent.
Service provider
POSYOU is provided by Benos Yazılım Teknolojileri ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. Tax identification number: 1640878262. Tax office: Eskişehir V.D.B. Contact destek@benos.com.tr with privacy questions about your account and use of the service.
Windows closed-test scope
The Windows staging release is for invited testers only and communicates with api.staging.posyou.online. Do not enter real customer, payment, sales or special-category personal data in the test environment. Joining the Microsoft Store test group does not create a POSYOU account or grant business permissions inside the application.
Data and purposes
Phone, email, verification and account information supplied during registration and sign-in is used to verify your identity and provide account access. Business information and permissions determine the relevant workspace and access boundaries. Records entered into the features you use are processed to carry out those operations; information in support requests is used to evaluate your request. Account access, transaction and security records relate to operating the service and investigating problems. For third-party data entered by businesses, the relevant business role and service-specific notices must also be considered.
Service providers and distribution
NETGSM provides SMS services; the phone number and message information necessary for delivery are used in this service. BENOSHOST provides hosting and email services; data needed to perform the relevant service is processed on that infrastructure. Acquisition and distribution through Microsoft Store are handled by Microsoft under its own privacy terms. This page does not promise that data is held exclusively in a particular country or that no international transfers take place; contact us for transfer details.
Retention and deletion
The company has specified a retention period of 5 years for account data, transaction records and backups. Send deletion, correction or retention requests to destek@benos.com.tr. The scope of the request, applicable obligations and conditions for deletion are evaluated. Uninstalling the application does not by itself delete your server-side account or backup records.
Device storage and security
The website stores the light/dark theme preference in browser local storage under the posyou-theme key. The Windows application uses an operating-system-integrated secure storage component for session information. Local features such as printing use the device components needed for the relevant operation. No technical measure is presented as an absolute security guarantee.
Requests and your rights
You may contact us to learn whether personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it, its purposes and transfer recipients, ask for inaccurate or incomplete information to be corrected and request deletion where applicable. Your other rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law are preserved. Include your request and contact details; do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary personal data.

When this information changes, the updated text and revision date are displayed on this page. Legal grounds and detailed notices for processing activities are considered separately within the relevant service.
